Hilda holds a degree in Western Herbal Medicine from the University of Westminster in London and is a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists founded in 1864. She studied at the world renowned Institute for Optimal Nutrition in London and is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy, the governing body. Additional studies include the Gerson Therapy and Hydrotherapy with the foremost Kneipp Scholle of Germany.
